Stacy McDaniel Honored with Rodney Bivens Innovation Award
This November, the entire C4K community was honored to celebrate our Executive Director Stacy McDaniel! Stacy was chosen by the Oklahoma Center for Non-Profits as the recipient of this year's Rodney Bivens Innovation Award. As a part of the annual Visions celebration, the Rodney Bivens Innovation Award goes to "a visionary leader or volunteer in the charitable sector who has burst on the scene with a new, dynamic and innovative idea that inspired groundbreaking changes bringing newfound success to the mission of an organization or pioneering, exciting program that changes lives."
Stacy's leadership has helped C4K equip and empower over 31,000 Oklahoma student athletes since our founding in 2011. The entire board of directors and staff of C4K would like to congratulate her on this amazing achievement!
A HUGE thank you to the Oklahoma Center for Non-Profits for selecting Stacy as this year's honoree. As part of the award, C4K received a $10,000 grant that will make a huge difference in our mission of empowering young Oklahomans through sports! We can't wait to see what 2019 brings for C4K.
