New Appointment Procedure Launches This Week!
Kids don’t stop playing and neither does C4K! We are currently on track to equip 30,000 kids this year and we couldn’t be more excited for these athletes who are unlocking the power of sports.
As we have since March, C4K seeks to keep our community safe! This is why we’ve being doing appointment-only shopping, asking screening questions and requiring a face mask for Locker Room entry. We are so grateful for your cooperation.
It’s important to continue protecting everyone’s health. For this reason, C4K will be doing check-in for Locker Room appointments via phone starting Wednesday, October 21, 2020. When you arrive at the Locker Room, please call our office 405-418-4889 to check-in. You will be asked the following screening questions before exiting your vehicle:
In the last 14 days have you or anyone in your household…
- Been subject to voluntary or involuntary quarantine
- Had a fever of 100.5 degrees or more
- Had a persistent, dry cough
- Received or been around someone who has received a positive COVID-19 test
C4K staff will then check your temperature as you enter the Locker Room before starting your appointment.
We are still not accepting walk-in appointments at this time. If you come to C4K without an appointment, we’ll be happy to make you the first available over the phone.
